For the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed skincare products.

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Disliking the scent or texture

  • Personal skin reactions

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed due to the courier or customs, we cannot issue refunds until the carrier confirms the package is lost. We will always support you through the process.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
